"Yes."

"What about Chaos Emeralds?"

"They exsist and are very hard to get. If you can collect all 7, and are not an android, you will become "Super (your name here)". See if you are up to the challenge of finding and collecting them if you wish. But you may NOT spoof their exsistance. You must follow the clues to find them and collect them."

"What about Power Rings?"

"Power rings are your ticket to success in abtaining the emeralds. They are used as currencey in this theme, but are also used to unlock spots in the muck that allow you to go to the next stage in finding an emerald. So use them wisely."

"Why not allow magic or super powers?"

"I have seen too many stories, comics, and mucks take Sonic away from what made it cool. It is not a challenge when you have the god-like Super Sonic going around destroying Robotnik like he is a pushover. That is a REWARD you get for working hard for the Chaos Emeralds. Too many times have people asked to have this or that power and then abuse it. Or say that Super Sonic can devour worlds and stuff. No more. This is not a powergamer's paradice. Sorry."

"May I apply for an FC?"

"Yes. But FC's are elected by how well someone acts and plays. If you are a mature, good RPer, people will see it and taddle on you. :) I personally will be picking a few people to play the FCs as it is, but there will be spaced open."

"How can I get in trouble?"

"There are many ways. It's easy! :) Yes... you too can be torn limb from limb for the low price of breaking the rules or being a whiner or make me unhappy somehow! Also, I'm tired of technicalities... I don't mind being corrected if I'm wrong. But if you go looking for holes in the rules and take advantage for your character's benifit on purpose and then turn it on me when I try to correct the problem, you are as good as gone."
