Background

Living away from any major population centers, Vic was the son of farmers on a rural part of the continent. As such, he was relatively unaffected by the coup. So he spent the next ten years maintaining the equipemt of his parent's farm, and scavenging parts from destroyed bots. This existance suddenly ended during a raid by a group of SWAT bots, when he and his parents were captured, and taken to be roboticized. Fortunately, or not, depending on how you look at it, there was a fluke power outage while it was his turn to face the roboticizer, and the process stopped at just over half, leaving parts of his body and his mind coimpletely biological. Given the situation, he'd decided that escape was a viable option. After doing so, a feat made slightly easier by the lack of power, he'd wandered the continent for several months, looking for someone that may be able to help his condition, and allow him to take up the fight for the planet.

Personality

Nothing outstanding, save for his increased running endurance, and strength in his right arm. He is skilled in hand to hand fighting, and proficient in use of firearms, having been taught to use a hunting rifle at one point.

Abilities

He's usually friendly, and quite outgoing, though often very self concious about his appearance. He can, however, become quite caustic and cynical at times, especially when anyone doubts the capabilities of Robitnik or his minions, having been inside the roboticizer himself at one point.
