Background

Osric started his life like any normal Seabear up to the day when he ran into some thieves while they were running from the law. He got caught up in there mess and was nearly killed because of it. Struggling for his life Osric escape to the surface where he thought he would die. However Osric was save by none other then Dr. Robotnik who had save his life by replacing some of his body parts with technology and then place a robotic suit on him, which allows him to walk and move again. Though Osric was thankful for him saving his life and all, but he was not thrilled at what he had become. Robotnik explain to him this was the only way to save his life and then he offer him a chance for revenge as one of his commanders and help him take over Mobius. Osric agree to help out Robotnik and for agreeing to help him he gave him an army of aquatic robots so that he can take over the city of Urser and rule it. Osric did take over the city and for years rule it by following Robotnik’s orders until he decided to do things his way and stop following Robotnik's command. However so he wouldn’t be found out Osric continue to act loyal to Robotnik until the day Osric can take what he desires.
