Background
Orphaned as a result of Robotnik's uprising, Cyril was taken under the care of foster parents in a village hidden away in the far north. Here he only had his foster parents to look after him, and he rarely got to be with mobians of the same age. When conditions got really bad for the village, they evacuated to Channelwood, where Cyril resides today. He lost one eye in an accident while he was living in the northern village, and when his other eye started getting worse without his right eye, one of Channelwood's doctors designed an artificial eye to replace his bad one, which is where his oddly colored right eye comes from. |
